César is an award winning production designer.

His extensive experience in the creative industries spans over a decade and encompasses various formats such as theatre, feature films, television  and commercials. With a multicultural perspective, he lends his artistic vision to projects worldwide, from Dubai to North America.

He lives in Toronto with his partner, two dogs, and Shnooky the cat. He holds an MFA in Design for Performance from York University and a BA in Interior Design.
